[This was not clicking for some reason. He has been staring at these reports for the past hour and half, nothing having been accomplished besides from papers being shuffled around in a semblance of productivity and knives thrown into the pillar behind him out of sheer frustration. His fingers tapping along the worn metal to keep himself from doing further property damage at this rate.

The bottom line was that stress was gnawing at him.

Not from the job though. If anything, reports should came as second nature after the past few months and coordinating had been relatively easy once the rough first week passed by. Being a vanguard should cause less stress than doing actually fieldwork yet here he was at a breaking point almost.

There was nothing. Absolutely nothing. Those stupid letters and photos and other bullshit weren't coming in anymore.

Something had to have happened and he's stuck here in this goddamn tower like a fresh rezzed moron.

His hands were effectively tied as well. No one could be sent out without the other two's approval and even then it'd be brought forward to discussion by the head vanguard. Which means that nothing could happen for days and he'll be sitting on his ass like he already was. All it did was make him all the more frustrated about having given up his freedom to leave as he so pleased because at least then someone would be out there trying to figure out what happened.

The hunter buries his face in his hands with an exhausted sigh leaving him. He probably looked like hell at this rate. Throwing himself into long hours had made his sleep schedule an abysmal handful of hours in the past few days. Half the time he didn't know how he wasn't passing out during meetings. Be easy to. Pull the hood further down, lean down on the table and maybe get an hour or two of on and off rest. Might be the best time to try it out to be quite honest since the hall was dead before attempting it when there'd be actual repercussions to getting caught.

He grunts after stretching out on the table some, pillowing his head with his arms for something close to comfortable. Shade is called out of transmat to keep a watch on things while an attempt at a nap was made. The ghost whirling softly in concern but does as told.

Things suck. Might as well try to ignore it for the time being.]

I mean, yeah.

[It's a miracle that he even has enough mind to tease, because certainly there's little else he can focus on beyond the hunter in his lap. He's got no mind to chase it any further though, not when there's so much more to be gained from rocking up into James and straying a hand between his legs tot take him in hand.]

[The rest of the words fail to come out, dying off in order for a groan to replace them. He bucks up into the hand with a whimper because this was overwhelming but by the traveler he wanted this dammit. Congrats titan, you have his full attention.]

[Well, he's answered the question at least. But that's such a lovely sight above him, and he echoes the whimper with a groan, still keeping hte pace slow and steady. he matches it with his strokes, almost edging on teasing the man above him.]

A-as I've noticed now.

[There is an attempt at shooting a frown down at him but fumbles and fails as he bucks up into the touches, swallowing a moan. His fingers tighten into the cushions while he picks up the pace to leave himself into a panting mess. Not a complaint on his lips.]

Shit-

[His cool is summarily broken, and he bucks hard for a moment before hastily apologizing and trying to keep himself under control.]

Missed both--Fuck Liam!

[That sudden hard buck forces him to shout and moan, ignoring the apologies in favor of stealing a kiss. After the earlier bout upstairs, he got most of that need out but still didn't mean he didn't care for more. Yet no, this was him trying to relax even if felt anything but that.]

[rocketsout]

[There's an echoing moan at the sudden reaction, and he all but throws himself into the kiss. His free hand steadies itself on James' hip, giving him enough leverage and stability to thrust deep again, if only to hear those noises once more. Traveler, those noises.]

[Another sharp groan leaves him and he has to pull away from the kiss in order to catch his breath. He presses close to the titan and pushes down into the thrust, trying to encourage it on.]

S-shit-fuck please Liam-yes--

Like that?

[He might be smirking the tiniest bit, but he's certainly able to acquiesce. There's a moment where he inhales slowly, then bucks again, picking up the pace to just under brutal. He continues to stroke, thumbing across the head of James' length the best he can.]

[Words are exceptionally herd to comprehend using at this point so his answer is shaky moan, his eyes closed while he gets overwhelmed by all of the sensations. He tries to fight against the loss of control over himself but there's only so much he can do with all of this. Damn titan certainly was good at his job.]

F-fuck yes.

[Good. That's what he likes to hear. It isn't so much a point for his ego as it is a genuine desire to make sure that the hunter was enjoying himself, and he echoes the moan with one of his own, fingers tightening at James' hip as he continues to move. The hand stroking the man quickens its pace, and he manages to flash a grin for a moment or so before he's softly swearing under his breath.]

[A low whimper slips out between the shaky breaths and he digs his fingers into the back of the couch. He tries to buck up into the strokes but he can only do so much as he's an utter mess under all of Liam's attentions. By the traveler, he was so glad he didn't pass this up for work.]

Liam I can't...

[rocketsout]

C'mon.

[James is always beautiful like this, raw and honest, and he can't help but lean up to steal a quick, messy kiss. His hand doesn't slow, working the hunter over the best he can; it's good, it's all for him.]

's okay, c'mon.

[sword_breaker]

[The hunter scrabbles at the couch to keep himself under control but that encouragement doesn't help. A low whine slips out accompanied by an attempt at a nod before roughly rocking his hips into the titan's hand as he comes. He's slightly trembling afterwards but more than capable of riding everything else out, moaning for him.]

[rocketsout]

[There's always something about the way that James looks when he finishes that just takes his breath away. He keeps his hand moving throughout, drawing out every last bit of pleasure that he can before dropping his arm to the side and closing his eyes as he tries to hold on. Not yet, just a little bit more, but he has to make sure not to hurt the hunter, that's the most important thing.]

[Soft pleased noises slip out from clenched teeth as he leans down to smear lazy kisses along the titan's pulse, paying attention to the marks he had left earlier. There was always a tug in his chest at seeing him marked like that. A reminder that he was his and how lucky he was to know that. Now there was a ring on the both of them which only helped that feeling happen more often.]

L-Liam...

[rocketsout]

[It's the name, always the name, hearing James speak soft and low. It doesn't take more than a handful of moments before he's gripping the hunter's hip hard and shuddering as he comes with a stuttered noise. It's even longer after that before he melts back into the couch, drawing his hand up James' back to pull him down into a light, tired embrace.

Damn the reports, he's more than content to be a distraction; this is his future husband, after all.]

[A weak noise escapes while he rocks against him in order to give the titan as much of a pleasurable experience as he had gotten out of it. He curses under his breath at the hold on his side but everything calms down and he's more than willing to lay with him when Liam wants to. He nuzzles lovingly, catching his breath before glancing at the reports on the floor.

He doesn't remember making that much of a mess. However he doesn't really care either. The titan was far more important in his mind anyway.]

[He's unable to answer the question at first, instead choosing to bask in the afterglow and press small, loving kisses to James' temple as he catches his breath. When he finally does, however, he's laughing quiet and low as he cards a hand through the hunter's hair.]

's with you, so of course it is.

[The hunter curls around him further especially after confirmation that things were indeed good. He didn't have any doubts that Liam enjoyed himself but it was nice making sure anyway and he lovingly nuzzles as he lets out a soft sigh, arching his head up into the hand.]

Still wanted to know. Like hearing that.

[rocketsout]

Good, 'cause I like saying it.

[It's the truth, he's never made a point of lying. Besides, this is far too important for anything like that, and it would be grossly untrue.]

[sword_breaker]

I suppose it works out just perfect then.

[He shifts enough in order to look down at his hand, slowly turning the ring around and around while he smiles.]

[rocketsout]

[The motion grabs his attention, and for a moment he just watches James, but after a moment or so he reaches down to entwine their fingers, running the pad of his thumb over the ring.]

Love you.

[sword_breaker]

[He glances up and turns slightly red at having been watched but his breath catches at the hold, squeezing his hand. Everything felt so right even if he had given up on paperwork.]

I ugh...glad to hear that so much. Love you too.

Good, 'cause you're gonna hear it a lot more for a really long time. So don't get sick of it.

[He winds his free arm around the hunter to hold him close, leaning up to steal a soft, gentle kiss. If he lingers for a bit, it's alright; he'd rather enjoy this time as it comes.]
