Intake Summary: Ghost and Guardian arrive 0030 local time to Tower One. Intake inventory logs 1 Ghost-fabricated armor set, 1 Jigoku SR2 scout rifle (4 clips spare), 1 Hieracon LR2 sniper rifle (empty), 3 incendiary grenades, 5 packs of ether seeds, 1 dull hunter knife and 1 shredded House of Kings Captain cloak. Ghost and Guardian arrive via escort by Vanguard patrol from City Gate E. Initial transport provided by long-range jump ship of enacting leader of patrol (see file 23.43.151). Guardian logs as Hunter, Gunslinger class at intake. Assigned to third tier barracks and standard equipment load out. No first declaration was recorded. Two day post rez adjustment period requested.

Medical check in requested. Damage to right eye due to confrontation with House of Kings patrol. Unable to undo the damage leaving permanent blindness in right eye. HUD compensation required. Further training in coordination has been denied.

Ghost reports a two month journey from initial rez to Tower. Fallen contacts confirmed. House identified as the House of Kings. Extreme hostility was experienced at the expense of Guardian and Ghost. Tower authorized Vanguard patrol found Guardian and Ghost taking refuge in a crashed skiff.

Incident Report_01: Twilight Gap post battle shows signs of PTSD and depression. Recommended to Tower medical for regular check ins. Losses at battle show mentor, Matthieu Droga, being one. Mentorship transferred over to Valerie Drouin [Warlock] due to surviving class limitations. Patrolling requirement and possible strike team joining disregarded for time being.

Incident Report_02: Guardian exhibiting extreme aggression during participation in Guardian vs Guardian Crucible training. Overzealous usage of knife work and overkill has resulted in the loss of team cohesion along with fear that these tendencies will carry over outside of arena. Shaxx has reported that Guardian takes pieces of capes from dispatched hunters though reprimanding has not followed. Several Guardians requested for the removal from Control styled matches. No instances of these traits carried over into field. Cayde-6 has been informed of the situation.

Follow Up Report_02: Incidents of aggression have ceased after being partnered during Guardian vs Guardian Crucible training. Shaxx reports no loss of efficiency and better team coordination. However Crucible handler informs that he doubts the choice of partner that Cayde-6 has made. Vanguard states an improved desire to be on a fire-team.
