[Ordering is at least easy enough, and there might be a request for a bottle of wine (that he fully intended on paying for) simply to calm his nerves. It's a good night, a great night, for sure, and even as much as he'd like to play cool, he's still somewhat on edge. Everything had to be perfect, no room for error, and he wants to make sure that the hunter knows just how appreciative he is.
